SMS Terms of Service

By providing your mobile phone number to Spark Video (SIXZERO2 Media LLC), you agree to receive SMS text messages from us at the number you provide. These Terms govern your use of our SMS service.

Program Description

Spark Video sends marketing, transactional, and conversational SMS messages to leads and clients who have opted in. Message types include lead follow-up, appointment scheduling, campaign updates, and re-engagement outreach.

Consent

By submitting your phone number on a Spark Video form (web or Meta lead form), you give your express written consent to receive SMS messages from Spark Video. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message Frequency

You may receive up to 8 messages per month, depending on your engagement.

Charges

Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier plan. Spark Video does not charge for SMS messages.

Opt-out

You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After replying STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages from Spark Video unless you opt back in.

Privacy

Your phone number and SMS consent are governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, or transfer your information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

Supported Carriers

This service is available on most major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
